ESG Analyst/Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager
Job Duties:
-
Contribute to the Company’s business expansion and business development, in particular itsenvironmental, social and governance (ESG) consulting practice;
-
Provide ESG consultancy and execution roles:
-
Prepare project documentation and ESG reports in compliance with listing rules (e.g. HKEX,SGX) and/or international reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, ISSB)
-
Analyze ESG data and conduct gap analysis to identify potential enhancement areas
-
Provide support on stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment exercise
-
Host project briefing and training
-
-
Work as a team member to provide high-quality execution of risk advisory-related projects for listed and IPO clients across a wide range of industries;
-
Project management and delivery of various projects under tight schedules and in a professional manner; and
-
Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
-
University degree major in Accounting, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Science, or other related disciplines;
-
Preferably with 1 to 3 years experience in internal control review, enterprise risk management advisory and/or ESG reporting services; fresh graduates are also welcome for an entry position, while more experienced candidates will be considered for a manager role;
-
Relevant professional qualifications, e.g. Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA), Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certification, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) etc.;
-
CPA firm or other professional firm working experience is preferred;
-
Experience in auditing will be an advantage;
-
Proactive, energetic and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced environment;

Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills;
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
-
High proficiency in Chinese word processing is required;

Administrative Assistant
Job Duties:
-
Responsible for daily billing duties, including accounts receivable and payable, cheque payment preparation, and monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Provide a full spectrum of general office administration support to the Company.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Perform data entry and filing.
• Support the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, C&B administration, and staff relations events.
• Support our BD team on proposal and engagement letter drafting.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:

University degree major in Accounting, Marketing, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
• Well-versed in computer applications such as MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• CPA firm or other professional firm working experience is preferred.
• Proactive, energetic and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, analytical with attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
