Our Credentials and Experience
Assisting a Fortune 500 food and beverage company to establish the policy relating to distributor management, claims and marketing management to streamline and standardize the above process.
Facilitating a local newspaper publisher and media company to enhance ESG reporting practices and raise ESG awareness of employees through the ESG review and training section.
Serving as a consultant for internal control, enterprise risk management and ESG reporting advisory services for a company (with operations in the PRC and Netherlands) that is principally engaged in the manufacturing, trading, sales and marketing of medical devices/instruments used for the treatment of coronary and peripheral vascular diseases.
Providing internal control, enterprise risk management and ESG reporting advisory services (including director training related to ESG) for a company that is principally engaged in the provision of vision correction services in Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”).
